Dennis is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group and is based in New York. He joined the firm in 2021 with over 15 years of banking experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and both public and private financings. Prior to joining Canaccord, he spent time at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Citigroup and, most recently, Truist Financial. In addition to his banking experience, Dennis had also spent over five years as a senior member of a business development team and led multiple M&A transactions and a successful IPO as a principal.
Dennis is a graduate from Seton Hall University where he earned a BS in Economics.
