Edin Trto

Edin Trto is a seasoned investment banker with a practice dedicated to providing strategic advice to global technology and tech-enabled services companies on M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives.

Since joining Canaccord Genuity in 2013, Edin has successfully executed dozens of complex transactions across the technology, media, marketing, and information services sectors. His expertise extends to collaborating with private equity and venture capital firms, where he plays a pivotal role in portfolio exits, platform strategy and add-ons, and other investment activities. Edin also actively contributes to the firm's deal origination efforts and spearheads coverage expansion into high-growth industries, notably in the FinTech, Financial Services, and Digital Assets verticals.

Prior to his tenure at Canaccord Genuity, Edin was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions for a spectrum of clients, ranging from private enterprises to large cap public companies.

Edin holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
