Irina has two decades of experience in the health & wellness, beauty and personal care sectors, where she has advised global private and public clients on some of the largest and most significant M&A and capital markets transactions. Ms. Adler’s select advisory experience includes sale of Garden of Life (Atrium) to Nestle, sale of Ultima to Roundtable, New Mountain’s acquisition of Natrol, Gryphon’s acquisition of Metagenics, Dr. Organic carve-out of Bountiful and sale to Damier, Natura’s acquisition of Avon, Coty’s Reverse-Morris-Trust Merger with P&G Specialty Beauty Business, Coty’s IPO, Younique’s majority stake sale to Coty, Unilever’s acquisitions of Seventh Generation, e.l.f. Beauty IPO, WW International “re-IPO”, Reckitt-Benckiser’s acquisition of Schiff Nutrition, KIK Custom Products’ sale to Centerbridge, Chattem’s sale to Sanofi-Aventis, among others.
Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Irina served as a Managing Director in the Consumer Retail group at Solomon Partners. She previously spent over ten years, most recently as a Managing Director, in Morgan Stanley’s Global Consumer & Retail Group, and began her career as an Analyst in Citigroup’s Consumer & Retail Group.
Irina holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she graduated summa cum laude. She is a marathoner, and fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
