Welcome Vik Pandit

We are excited to welcome Vikram (“Vik”) Pandit as a managing director in the Technology, Media, Marketing and Information Services (TMMIS) group of our U.S. Investment Banking team. Vik brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, specifically covering the Enterprise Software sector, and has completed more than 35 transactions representing in excess of $95 billion in aggregate consideration. 

Vik joins us from Houlihan Lokey, where he was a managing director and global head of Infrastructure Software in Technology Investment Banking for six years. In that role, he originated and executed various M&A, debt, and equity transactions, nurturing important relationships with entrepreneurs, C-level executives, financial sponsors, and boards of directors. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan in its Technology, Media & Telecom group for more than nine years. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he focused on business development and product management at Nimaya Inc., an enterprise cloud analytics provider. Before joining Nimaya, Vik worked at MicroStrategy, a provider of business intelligence software and cloud-based services.

Vik received an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and an M.S. in Engineering from The Ohio State University. 

Based in New York City, Vik will continue to lead coverage efforts on companies within the Enterprise Software sector, focusing on infrastructure/cyber/data analytics software and cloud services, among other areas, in the U.S. and international markets. His appointment further strengthens our TMMIS franchise and expands our software coverage in key growth areas with ongoing M&A and ECM transaction activity.
