Neha's Ramchandani's Story

July 23, 2024

When you know Neha, you know our values.

Neha Ramchandani comes from numbers.

Her father is an accountant, from Kenya; her mother, a bookkeeper from Malaysia.

So, what did she study when she attended university in Bristol? Philosophy.

And math, of course. Which makes sense, when you know Neha. She blends an acute understanding of finance…with a love for transformational ideas and empowering others to realise their full potential.

After getting a start at one of the major accounting firms, (in her father’s footsteps), she took time to get her MBA and worked in M&A, where she got a taste for the industry and all that it offers.  “It’s fast-paced,” she smiles. “Different to accounting. You have to adapt quickly and no one day is the same.”

As a VP with CG’s Tech M&A Advisory Team, Neha loves the team environment. “It’s a really strong peer group,” she says. “The management team is so supportive and the internal network here is like a family.”

Hardworking and friendly, Neha places a very high value on mentorship. “I’ve worked for some amazing people who have taught me and helped shape who I am. You can’t succeed alone.”

Neha values staying grounded. And that comes from being in nature, being around family, and travelling “to warmer climates”, she quickly adds with a smile. And when it comes to mindfulness and meditation, she believes it is hugely important for children. “I think it should be taught in schools to help kids in development, to help them deal with difficulties and stresses in life.” In fact, Neha’s vision is to someday help set up an organization to accomplish those kinds of ideals.

Neha is a wonderful blend of a lot of good things. Numbers included.
