Mike Lauzon

Mike heads our Investment Banking practice in Canada, working closely with our global investment banking and advisory teams to further strengthen our global capabilities across the dynamic technology, media and telecom industries. He joined us in 2016 after 15 years at CIBC World Markets, where he was most recently a Managing Director, TMT Investment Banking. He has considerable experience of managing and executing complex transactions across a breadth of advisory and financing mandates, including acquisitions, divestitures, unsolicited bids, fairness opinions and public and private equity and debt financings. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce, 1st class, in Finance & IT from Queen's University.
