Direct Response Media is a short form DRTV media planning & buying agency serving marketers in the financial services, insurance and direct-to-retail sectors. The 15-year-old company has an enviable and fast growing roster of clients, attracted to Direct Response Media’s extensive experience and superior media management and reporting technology.
A team from Petsky Prunier LLC, led by John Prunier and Jim Toohey, served as exclusive financial advisor to Direct Response Media and initiated, structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the company.
