Through the completion of more than eight million consumer surveys each year, ICOM possesses one of North America’s largest self-reported, permission-based consumer demographic, behavioral and lifestyle databases. The Company generates revenue from consumer package good, pharmaceutical, direct marketing and market research companies through customized questions on its surveys, data sales and distribution of communication programs that include product samples and promotional offers.

A team from Petsky Prunier LLC, led by Michael Petsky and Sanjay Chadda, served as exclusive financial advisors to ICOM and initiated, structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Company.
