Merkle has divested its Merkle Mailing Systems and formed a strategic alliance with Direct Group
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce the divestiture of Merkle Mailing Systems, Inc., a non-core asset of Merkle, Inc., one of the nation’s most respected database marketing agencies. Merkle’s services include strategic consulting, business intelligence, database marketing knowledge center development and maintenance, analytical services, data products, list processing and response processing services.
A team from Petsky Prunier LLC, led by Michael Petsky, served as exclusive financial advisors to Merkle and initiated, structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Company.
