Mailnet Services is well-known in the direct marketing industry for providing businesses with the tools to deliver relevant customer communications and integrated direct marketing campaigns. Petsky Prunier’s affiliate consultancy, Winterberry Group, initially developed a strategic plan for Mailnet Services, which included growth by acquisition. A team from Petsky Prunier, led by Michael Petsky, followed up as exclusive investment advisors to Mailnet Services, initiating and successfully closing the acquisitions on behalf of the company.
