CPC Associates has been sold to Epsilon Marketing Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alliance Data Systems Corporation
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce the sale of CPC Associates, Inc. (a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, a New York-based private equity group) to Epsilon Marketing Services, a unit of Alliance Data Systems.
CPC Associates is a premiere compiler of consumer and new mover marketing data, as well as a fast-growing provider of turnkey direct mail programs and data hygiene products to the direct marketing industry. The acquisition of CPC Associates will further expand Epsilon’s marketing service offerings, adding a proprietary consumer database, data management and analytic capabilities.
A team from Petsky Prunier LLC, led by Michael Petsky, served as exclusive financial advisors to CPC Associates and initiated, structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the company.
