Health Club Investments Group Limited (trading as Cannons)

On 30 November 2007, our clients, the shareholders of Health Club Investment Group Limited (trading as Cannons Health and Fitness) agreed to the sale of Cannons to Nuffield Proactive Health (a division of Nuffield Hospitals) for an undisclosed amount.

Cannons is one of the leading UK based healthclub operators with 52 Cannons clubs in the UK. The Company also owns Courtney's Leisure Management, which runs 13 local authority health and fitness facilities mainly in London.

Canaccord Genuity acted as sole financial advisor to the shareholders of Health Club Investment Group Limited.
