Interactive Prospect Targeting Holdings PLC (LON: IPH) Has Sold the Assets of its Core UK Business Performing Online Customer Acquisition and Email List Rental in a Management-led Buyout Sponsored By Volvere PLC

Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has advised the Board of Interactive Prospect Targeting Holdings Plc (LON: IPH) (IPT) on the Company’s discussions with a number of parties regarding a possible offer for the public Company. IPT held a leadership position and was a pioneer in online direct marketing services, both in the UK and France. Petsky Prunier advised the Company and its Board of Directors on the sale of IPT’s UK-based, online customer acquisition and email list rental operations, including the Web properties MyOffers.co.uk and WebBrands.co.uk, to a management-backed group sponsored by Volvere PLC.

A team from Petsky Prunier, led by Michael Petsky and Matthew Kratter, served as co-advisor to IPT for the public company discussions and served as advisor for the sale of the UK operations to Volvere.
