Eryma Group

On 15 July 2009, Canaccord Genuity's client Eryma Group agreed the sale of its subsidiary Martec to ‚olane, a French group mainly operating in the production of professional electronic equipment (undisclosed amount).

Specialist in electronics and communications for severe environments, Martec has more than twenty years of experience in product design and the integration of systems for the Defence, Industrial and Transport sectors.

The transaction, which was not subject to clearance from the French competition authorities, closed on the same day.

Canaccord Genuity acted as sole financial advisor to Eryma Group.
