Idex Groupe

On 30 April 2010, our client Idex Groupe agreed the sale of its UK subsidiary Utilicom Group to GDF-Suez, one of the leading energy providers in the world.

Utilicom Group operates in two business sectors, the first being Energy Services (ES) where Utilicom is the UK's leading developer of district energy schemes, winning numerous national awards for its schemes, and the second Building Services Maintenance (BSM).
