Petsky Prunier advises Alloy on the sale of its Experiential Marketing Unit

Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has advised Alloy, Inc., one of the country's largest providers of targeted media and marketing programs, on the sale of its New Jersey-based experiential marketing unit, a part of the company’s Alloy Marketing and Promotions (AMP) agency, to Brite Media Group LLC. The divested business will operate initially under the name Brite Promotions LLC. This transaction was the seventeenth deal closed by Petsky Prunier in 2010.

AMP’s sale of the assets of its New Jersey experiential marketing unit will allow the agency to focus on its growing integrated marketing and digital business, while transitioning the New Jersey executive team to an optimal environment to continue its operations and achieve its business goals. AMP’s breadth of integrated digital media services has significantly expanded over the last three years, with accompanying revenue growing by approximately 35% annually. AMP’s divested experiential marketing unit will remain focused on event marketing, concerts, sampling, and guerilla and field marketing for more than 70 clients.
