On 15 December 2010 West Coast Capital completed the sale of Office Holdings Limited ("Office") . Financial details were not disclosed.

Office is the UK's leading young fashion footwear retailer with 75 stand-alone stores and 46 concessions in House of Fraser, Topshop (including New York), Harvey Nichols and Selfridges. In addition it has a rapidly growing internet business. The Company retails a selection of the best third party footwear brands available including Ugg, Converse, Vans and Hunter as well as own-branded shoes, under a number of brands such as "Office", "Poste" and "Ffor".
