Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce it has advised MediMedia USA, Inc., a portfolio company of Vestar Capital Partners, on the sale of MediMedia Information Technologies (MMIT) to Susquehanna Growth Equity. This was the fourth transaction in the healthcare sector Petsky Prunier has completed in the last six months.

MMIT engages in the collection, consolidation, and interpretation of pharmaceutical and healthcare information from health plans to meet the needs of healthcare decision makers in managed markets. In addition, it offers data collection, analysis, and related services to the managed care marketplace. Susquehanna Growth Equity’s investment in MMIT is expected to accelerate development efforts and allow the company to meet customers’ needs quickly in the current, fast-paced business environment.
