Bank of Ireland

The transaction saw a tranche of the Bank of Ireland's UK commercial real estate loan book sold to listed California-based Kennedy Wilson, which earlier in the year bought Bank of Ireland's Real Estate Investment Management business.

Despite the current market environment in both the UK commercial real estate and lending markets the deal was completed at over 80% of par value.
