Petsky Prunier co-Advises Caseking on its sale to Equistone
A majority stake in Caseking Group, the leading European online supplier of high-performance gaming and PC components, was sold by private equity firm AFINUM Management GmbH to Equistone Partners Europe Limited.
The transaction was led by Altium managing directors Alexander Grünwald and Thomas Egli, with support from Petsky Prunier managing director John Sternfield.
