Etix

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its client, Etix, has completed a management buyout.  Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to Etix in connection with the transaction that was completed on November 24, 2015.

Etix is a leading cloud-based multi-channel ticketing, event marketing and analytics software platform for entertainment venues and live events.  The Company’s software platform and unique marketing services help venues sell more tickets, grow loyal audiences, capture data on consumers interested in events and purchasing tickets, and ultimately increase revenues for artists, sponsors and venues.

The transaction included equity capital from institutional investors and management and debt capital from OFS Capital Corporation.
