Canaccord Genuity Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to OSRAM on the acquisition of Digital Lumens

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its client, OSRAM Licht AG (XTRA:OSR) has acquired Digital Lumens, Inc.  The transaction closed on August 31, 2017.

OSRAM is a global leader of innovative light solutions.  OSRAM’s Lighting Solutions business includes both the production and sale of luminaires as well as the design and implementation of solutions for internal and external lighting.  The Company’s Digital Systems unit provides traditional lighting controls and complete light management systems.

Digital Lumens specializes in industrial IoT solutions with a software platform that can be used to run applications covering everything from intelligent lighting control, energy use and security systems to the measurement of environmental parameters such as air quality.
