Results International has advised Headway on its acquisition by Entravision

Results International is delighted to announce our US team has advised Headway Digital on its acquisition by Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC).

Based in Los Angeles, Entravision is a diversified media company and the largest Univision affiliate serving Latino audiences and communities with 57 TV and 49 radio stations across the Southern United States. The transaction was announced on March 2nd, 2017 during Entravision’s earnings call.

Founded in 2010, Headway Digital provides mobile, programmatic, data and performance digital marketing solutions primarily in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America through its 18 offices worldwide and 152 employees. The acquisition of Headway helps Entravision dramatically expand its programmatic marketing capabilities via Headway’s strong relationship with MediaMath, a market leader in marketing software with global reach and scale.
