Canaccord Genuity acts as exclusive financial advisor to Fluence Bioengineering, Inc. on its acquisition by OSRAM Licht AG (XTRA:OSR).
Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on July 2, 2018, Fluence Bioengineering, one of the world’s leading suppliers of smart grow lighting, completed its acquisition by OSRAM Licht AG, a leading global high-tech company primarily focused on semiconductor-based technologies.
OSRAM Licht AG acquired Fluence Bioengineering, purchase price not disclosed.
Canaccord Genuity served as exclusive financial advisor to Fluence Bioengineering and its Board of Directors in connection with the transaction.
The Canaccord Genuity team consisted of Dan Coyne, Marc Marano, Chris DiPietro, Austin Murphy and Taylor Murphy.
