Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on March 5th, 2018, its client, Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC, a provider of outpatient imaging services in partnership with hospitals and health systems, has been acquired by ICV Partners. Canaccord Genuity initiated this negotiated transaction and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC.

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is a provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging center development services through wholly-owned centers and joint venture relationships with hospitals and health systems. The Company offers services that include management of daily operations, marketing and training, centralized billing services and IT systems. The Company’s business model enables healthcare providers to minimize the effort and risks involved in operating outpatient imaging centers.
