OPPORTUNITY
With 2e’s strong growth since relaunching, the company’s competitive advantage, and the pharmaceutical market at an inflection point, the opportunity presented itself for 2e to seek a partner to diversify its therapeutic area capabilities and increase its number of mid-sized drug launches.
