CG Results Healthcare is delighted to have been the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Creativ-Ceutical on its acquisition by Huntsworth plc, further cementing our position as a global advisor to leading healthcare and life sciences companies.

Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group announces the acquisition of 70% of Creativ-Ceutical S.A.R.L., a Luxembourg company, from 100% shareholder Avicenne Invest S.A., a family investment company connected to Creativ-Ceutical’s founder Prof. Mondher Toumi for a maximum aggregate consideration of €75 million.

Creativ-Ceutical is a strategic market access, health economics and outcomes research consultancy. The business will sit within Huntsworth’s medical division and will continue to be led by founder Prof. Mondher Toumi, one of the global leading experts in this increasingly strategic important area in the development of new drugs. The business is headquartered in Luxembourg with principal operating units in Poland, Tunisia and France and serves global pharmaceutical and biotech clients as well as governmental organisations including the World Bank and the EU Commission.
