Results International advises Cormis Partners on its acquisition by Huntsworth
Results International is pleased to announce that it advised Cormis Partners (“Cormis”), a strategic communications and training consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry on its acquisition by Huntsworth, the international healthcare and communications group. Cormis will join The Creative Engagement Group, Huntsworth’s immersive division.
This deal highlights Results International’s exceptional track record advising fast-growth businesses in its core sectors of technology, marketing services and healthcare.
Cormis is a strategic communications and training consultancy, focused on building the capabilities of teams and individuals in the pharmaceutical sector. Cormis’ sector-leading offering equips pharmaceutical sales, medical and marketing staff with the skills, capabilities and mindset they need to compete in the healthcare market. Cormis was founded in 2011 and has a UK office in Surrey and a US office in Philadelphia.
The combination of Cormis with the other consultancies in The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), Axiom, Forty1 and Logicearth, enables TCEG to provide an even greater scientific centre of excellence and customer propositions around marketing, commercial and sales, employee engagement, strategic communications and digital training.
Having completed deals with two of the five partners at Cormis previously, Results Healthcare had the knowledge, relationships, and expertise to position the business excellently, and obtain the best valuation and a key partner for Cormis. In 2007, Results worked with Ila Garner-Patel on the sale of Brand(x), a business she co-founded, to IPG. Results also worked with Sue Lohr on the sale of Synergy to DDB in 2011.
