Canaccord Genuity acts as Nominated Adviser, Sole Bookrunner and Sole Broker to Windward Ltd on its £34.5 million Placing and AIM IPO
Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce it has acted as Nominated Adviser, Sole Bookrunner and Sole Broker on the AIM IPO of Windward Ltd. (“Windward” or the “Company”), which admitted its entire issued share capital to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 6 December 2021.
The IPO was priced at 155 pence per ordinary share, giving the Company a market capitalisation at admission of £126.5 million. In total, £34.5 million was raised as part of the IPO which will be used to sustain Windward's competitive advantage through the expansion of its due diligence capabilities and further data sources; to continue the development and refinement of the Company's solutions; and to invest in sales and marketing, focusing on new geographies and stronger sales channel distribution. In addition, the IPO allowed for a secondary share sale by a number of existing shareholders and employees. The Placing attracted strong support from a range of high quality institutional investors.
