Canaccord Genuity acts as Exclusive Financial Adviser to Ivalis shareholders on the disposal of a majority stake to RGIS

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its clients, Barberine, the investment vehicle of Ivalis’s founder M. Frédéric Marchal, and Ekkio Capital, completed on 3rd May 2021 the disposal of a 95% stake in IVALIS Groupe (the “Company”) to RGIS.

Listed on Euronext, IVALIS Groupe is a leader in the outsourcing of stock control services, mainly to the distribution sector. IVALIS Groupe has presence in 10 countries in Europe and in Brazil.

The Company generated €73m sales in FY2020, of which 71% was from international business.
