Canaccord Genuity Acts as Financial Advisor to Brookfield Infrastructure Partners on a Portfolio Company Re-Organization

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on August 1, 2022, its client, Brookfield Infrastructure Fund III (“BIF” or the “Company”), a closed end infrastructure fund managed by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., entered into definitive agreements to effect a distribution of certain equity interests in one of its portfolio companies (the “Subsidiary”), in accordance with the credit agreement governing such Subsidiary (the “Transaction”).

Canaccord Genuity acted as financial advisor to the board of managers of the Subsidiary.

Terms of the Transaction were not disclosed.

The Canaccord Genuity team included Mark Silvestre, Kevin Romano, Jonah Simpson, Matthew Wiebe, Mit Patel and Case O’Brien from Investment Banking.
