Canaccord Genuity Advises Video Creation and Insights Platform QuickFrame on its Sale to MNTN
QuickFrame by MNTN Makes it Easier for Brands to Create High-performing Video at Scale
Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce it has advised QuickFrame, a leading original video creation platform, on its sale to Mountain Digital (MNTN), one of the fastest-growing marketing software platforms. QuickFrame’s technology, which currently streamlines the original video creation process for more than 1,000 clients across 20 verticals, will now be branded QuickFrame by MNTN.
QuickFrame is a video creation and insights platform that streamlines the original creation process, enabling a diverse set of customers to create video content for every platform, audience, and objective. Customers use the company’s Global Video Hub platform to access QuickFrame’s collective of video creators and use the company’s proprietary AI-powered Video Vitals insights tool to quickly understand which creative drives results. QuickFrame is a certified partner to social and video platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Hulu, Roku, and YouTube.
MNTN is a marketing software platform bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV. The company’s self-serve technology makes running TV ads as simple as search and social and helps brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits and more. The acquisition of QuickFrame marks MNTN’s second major transaction in less than a year, following the addition of Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort in June 2021.
MNTN’s rapidly expanding and newly launched Creative-as-a-Subscription model is a simpler way for brands to get media and creative together. QuickFrame by MNTN will accelerate that process by allowing brands to use one platform to create video assets efficiently and then seamlessly activate them on TV. Moreover, with Connected TV consumption surging, brands are changing the way they think about video and increasingly need high-performing creative that can quickly be placed into the market. Combining MNTN’s Performance TV software with QuickFrame’s video creation technology provides brands a solution in a single platform that is both fast and affordable.
The two companies have now been working together closely for a number of years, and QuickFrame by MNTN will continue to service all current customers’ video needs across channels, including CTV, social, and display. QuickFrame chief executive officer and founder Lucas Loeffler will remain president of QuickFrame by MNTN.
