Canaccord Genuity Advises Global Digital Experience Consultancy TA Digital on its Sale to Omnicom
Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce it has advised global digital experience consultancy TA Digital on its sale to Omnicom Group Inc. TA Digital will expand the global digital transformation capabilities, including content management, commerce, and customer experience, of Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG), the digital and customer relationship management specialist practice area within Omnicom.
