Canaccord Genuity has raised A$50m for Audinate Group (ASX:AD8) in an underwritten institutional placement

Audinate is pioneering the future of AV, via its award-winning Dante audio over IP networking solution. The company remains one of the highest quality stocks on the ASX with proper network effects, a long runway of growth, and is only 9% through its addressable market. CG is proud to support the Audinate team again following our prior raising of A$20 million in 2019 and A$28 million in 2020.

Proceeds will be used to deliver organic growth through continued strategic investment in new and innovative products, 'Win in Video' by building on early success and to provide flexibility to explore a pipeline of identified bolt-on M&A opportunities.
