Canaccord Genuity Acts as Financial Advisor to KAOS Capital on its Successful Activist Campaign and the Mutually Agreed to Nominating Slate of Directors onto the Board of WonderFi Technologies

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on May 1, 2024, KAOS Capital Ltd. ("KAOS" or the "Company"), with the support of Mogo Inc. (“Mogo”), entered into a cooperation agreement (the “Agreement”) with WonderFi Technologies Inc. (“WonderFi”), Canada’s leading operator of regulated crypto trading platforms and other digital asset businesses.

As part of the Agreement, WonderFi will nominate nine directors mutually agreed upon by WonderFi and KAOS to stand for election at the Company’s 2024 annual meeting. In addition, KAOS has agreed to standstill, voting, non-disparagement, and other customary conditions.

KAOS is a Miami-based hedge fund management firm with offices in Nassau, Bahamas, and Toronto, Canada. Founded in 2019 by its CEO, Adam Arviv, the firm specializes in opportunistic investing in equities, venture capital strategies and activist investing, principally in Canada.
