Canaccord Genuity Acted as Sole Bookrunner to Arbe Robotics, Ltd. on its up to $49.0 Million Public Offering
Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on November 4th, 2024, its client Arbe Robotics, Ltd. (“Arbe” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ, TASE: ARBE) has closed an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 8,250,000 ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) accompanied by Tranche A Warrants to purchase up to 8,250,000 ordinary shares and Tranche B Warrants to purchase up to 8,250,000 ordinary shares, at a combined public offering price of $1.82 per share (or per pre-funded warrant in lieu thereof) and accompanying Tranche A Warrant and Tranche B Warrant. The Tranche A Warrants have an exercise price of $2.35 per share, are immediately exercisable upon issuance and will expire on November 4, 2029. The Tranche B Warrants have an exercise price of $1.82 per share, are immediately exercisable upon issuance and will expire on the earlier of twenty (20) trading days after the “triggering event” (defined in the Prospectus Supplement) and November 4, 2027. Canaccord Genuity acted as sole bookrunner for the offering.
The total gross proceeds to Arbe Robotics, Ltd. from this offering were $15.0 million. The potential additional gross proceeds to the Company from the Tranche A Warrants and Tranche B Warrants, if fully exercised on a cash basis, will be approximately $34.4 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
