Canaccord Genuity Advises Ebco Trends on its Sale to Dig Insights, a Beringer Capital Portfolio Company

Canaccord Genuity has advised Ebco Trends, a US-based, trend-powered innovation company, on its sale to Dig Insights, a leader in insights R&D and a portfolio company of Beringer Capital, a private equity firm specializing in the media, marketing, information, and technology sectors. The acquisition meaningfully expands Dig’s service offering in the trends and foresight space, marking a significant step forward in enhancing the company’s front-end innovation capabilities. Canaccord Genuity also led the sale of Dig Insights to Beringer in September 2022.
