Canaccord Genuity has advised Ansira on the sale of Sincro, its automotive dealership solutions business, to DealerOn, a leading provider of websites and sales and marketing enablement technology for automotive dealerships. Ansira is a portfolio company of private equity firm Truelink Capital.
