Canaccord Genuity Acts as Lead Financial Advisor to Blackline Safety on its Strategic Investment by the Lowy Family Group

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on January 23, 2025, its client, Blackline Safety Corp. (“Blackline” or the “Company”) (TSX: BLN) announced it has completed a strategic private placement financing (the "Transaction") with an affiliate of the Lowy Family Group (“LFG”) for 3,091,190 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares"). The Company's largest shareholder, DAK Capital Inc. ("DAK"), also acquired 1,078,834 Common Shares, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $27 million. Canaccord Genuity acted as lead financial advisor in connection with the Transaction.

Additionally, funds will be allocated for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
