Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its client, AresManagement Corporation, completed the acquisition of PointVision (the “Company”) from its founders, management andprivate equity fund Abénex on 12 October 2021.

Founded in 2011, Point Vision is the leading national network ofophthalmology centres with 48 centres in France. The Company October 2021has been a pioneer in short waiting times for patients in theFrench ophthalmology market and offers both diagnostic care as well as interventional and surgical procedures. With over 300 ophthalmologists and 220 orthoptists, Point Vision is able to treat 1.2m patients each year across France.
