Dan Coyne has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and completed transactions in diverse industries. He currently serves as Co-Head of U.S. Investment Banking of and Global Head of Sustainability Investment Banking for Canaccord, where he has been since March 1998. During his career, Mr. Coyne has worked on a variety of equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions assignments. Since the start of his career in 1994, he has participated in over 250 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $20 billion. Mr. Coyne has advised companies engaged in advanced materials, energy and power technology, additive manufacturing, advanced lighting and controls, industrial technology including instrumentation, process control and capital equipment, green building products, recycling, smart grid and energy management, solar, wind, renewable power generation and energy-efficiency software/services, and water.
