Marc Marano currently serves as a Managing Director in Canaccord Genuity’s Investment Banking Group, where he has been since June 2004. He is principally involved in identifying, negotiating, structuring and executing investment banking transactions for growth companies in the Sustainability sector at Canaccord Genuity. Mr. Marano has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and private placements of equity securities. Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, he worked as a consultant at Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting Group from August 2002 to June 2004, as well as a tax attorney at Ernst & Young LLP from August 1996 to June 2000.
