A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, Fletcher holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. Having joined the LePoidevin Group in February 2012, Fletcher is fully licensed as a Portfolio Manager. Fletcher’s role includes the development of new business, and managing client accounts. Fletcher currently holds the CIM designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Brian has over 25 years of capital markets experience, beginning with Merrill Lynch in 1987. Immigrated to Canada in 1987 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and two years of articles at an accounting firm. Brian prides himself on recommending the solutions he believes in, and that are in clients' best interests.

After receiving a BBA in Business from Wilfred Laurier University, his my MBA from The Schulich School of Business at York University, Saj established a career in wealth management. From the CFA Institute, he was a CFA Charterholder (2001-2015). For over 23 years Saj has been helping my clients achieve financial independence. He has been with Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management for 14 years.

Harrison Keenan
Harrison Keenan has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Providing timely investment advice, complementary financial planning and excellent customer service is his pledge to clients. After entering the financial industry in 1998 as an analyst, he quickly moved to develop his own client base as an Investment Advisor. He believes the client must always come first, and every client is unique. Harrison works hard to understand what each individual needs and to tailor solutions that meets their unique criteria. An avid golfer, ultimate Frisbee player, competitive runner and cyclist, Harrison keeps physically busy every chance he can get. He is also a proud supporter of UTS, Care-Alive, St Michael’s Hospital, JDRF, UWGT, and “Movember”, among other causes.

Starting his career at BMO Nesbitt Burns, Peter Kirby has been in the Canadian investment industry for over 15 years, joining Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in 2006. In addition to advising clients on their long-term goals, Peter has a small corporate finance component to his business that often involves taking start-up companies public. Naturally energetic and goal-focused, he has built a loyal client base by helping his corporate and private wealth clients advance to their distinct financial and life goals.

Wolfgang Klein
Wolfgang has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. A graduate of business management at Ryerson University, he is also a Chartered Investment Manager and Portfolio manager as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Wolfgang hosts his own, one hour radio show each week on AM640 in Toronto, HiFi Radio, (short for high finance). Wolfgang is also a market commentator, regularly appearing on national television and radio, sharing his insights on the markets. He is a big believer in charity and is a keen supporter of Covenant House, which supports homeless youth.

Lindsay Kosnik
Lindsay Kosnik is a Senior Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager and the founder of Kosnik Private Wealth. She holds over a decade experience, having begun her career at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management 11 years ago. Since then, she has built a considerable book of business, dedicated team, and valued client community. Lindsay works closely with accomplished individuals, families and businesses to deliver an unparalleled client experience every time. Known for her warm approach, Lindsay’s aim is to build trusting relationships with her clients. She is committed to listening and guiding each client, and ultimately helping them create a financial plan encompassing their entire wealth journey, that they can rely on through all of life’s transitions. Lindsay earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. She also holds the CIM® designation. When she is not in the office, Lindsay enjoys yoga, cycling and spending time with her son.

Matthew began his career in the industry in 1999, building an experienced team and solid client-base. In 2014, Matthew and the team joined Richardson Wealth, broadening their suite of offerings while continuing to serve their clients’ wealth management needs with distinction. Matthew continues to pursue education to enrich the solutions he is able to offer to his clients and currently holds some of the industry’s highest designations in wealth management (Portfolio Manager, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Investment Manager). He is also licensed to consult on any insurance plans when required. Recently, Matthew has become an accredited FAMILY ENTERPRISE ADVISOR™ (FEA), certified through the Family Enterprise Exchange (FEX). The FEA is representing the pinnacle of professional expertise in the field of family enterprise advising. Matthew can provide a sophisticated level of understanding to affluent business families and their unique challenges. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Concordia University, where he also played hockey for the men’s varsity team, Concordia Stingers (CIAU). His hockey career included playing for St. Michael’s College as well as OHL team, Niagara Falls Thunder. He currently resides in Burlington with his wife Carla, their children, Ella and Drew, and their Australian Shepherd, Piper. When he has the time, Matthew enjoys playing golf, hockey, tennis and guitar.
