Julie Langley

Julie has nearly 25 years’ experience advising technology, digital media and marketing services companies on M&A and fundraising. Prior to joining the firm Julie spent 12 years in US investment banks, most recently Jefferies where she was a Managing Director in the London office. During her career Julie has advised on a wide range of transactions with strategic buyers as well as growth equity, private equity and VC investors. Most of the transactions have been cross-border, with a particular emphasis on highly strategic deals with US acquirors.
