Simon is Head of our European Investment Banking division and leads our coverage of the Technology sector in Europe. He joined the firm 15 years to help build out our investment banking activities across the Financials and Technology sectors in Europe.
During his time at Canaccord Genuity, Simon has led a relationship based approach to supporting clients and has helped win many new retained client relationships. Simon is an experienced and trusted advisor in the technology sector and is active across M&A (public and private) and ECM. Simon is focused on the origination and winning of new clients as well as supporting transaction activity. Simon likes to help entrepreneurs and private equity backed companies get the advice and capital they need as well as advising a number of Boards in the UK listed technology space.
Simon leads the firm’s overall activities in European Investment Banking and is responsible for the marketing, recruitment and strategic initiatives that are pursued.
Before joining us, Simon worked at PwC, HSBC and Bridgewell. Simon has an ACA and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
