Slava’s career has been dedicated to the consumer industry. Since joining Sawaya Partners in 2006, now CG Sawaya Partners, Slava has been actively involved in advising public companies, private companies and financial sponsors on a variety of sell-side, buy-side and corporate divestiture transactions across the consumer industry with a particular focus on the Health & Wellness segment.
Slava began his career at General Mills in the Corporate Development Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a dual concentration in the Tauber Manufacturing Institute.
