Welcome Irina Adler

We are excited to welcome Irina Adler as Managing Director of our U.S. Investment Banking team.  Irina brings two decades of experience in the beauty, personal care and health & wellness sectors, having represented well-known companies such as Unilever, Coty, e.l.f., Natura and private equity investors such as KKR, New Mountain, Gryphon Investors and TA Associates. 

Her appointment strengthens our Consumer franchise, following our strategic acquisition of Sawaya Partners, and allows us to provide our clients with a broad range of expertise and results-driven solutions.

Irina joins us from Solomon Partners where she was a Managing Director in the Consumer Retail group.   She previously spent ten years as a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley in Morgan Stanley’s Global Consumer & Retail Group, and began her career as an analyst in Citigroup’s Consumer & Retail Group. 

Irina holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she graduated summa cum laude.

Irina will be based in our CG Sawaya office and will work closely with group heads Fuad Sawaya and Slava Leykind, along with the consumer investment banking, to further build relationships with a diverse group of companies and investors.
