Michael Kogan

Michael has extensive investment banking experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, accounting and taxation across multiple industries. Since joining us in 2007, he has worked on numerous advisory assignments and successful financings representing total value in excess of C$25 billion. Michael is a CFA and CPA charterholder and has a Master’s in Management and Professional Accounting and a Global Professional Master's in Law from the University of Toronto.
