American Telecast Corporation has sold ATC Agency Services, LLC to Lake Capital

Petsky Prunier is pleased to the divestiture of ATC Agency Services division, a leading direct response television media planning and buying agency, on behalf of American Telecast Corporation, to Lake Capital. ATC Agency Services offers strategic marketing consulting, media buying, channel partner development, and media tracking and analysis.
