Following an auction process, a subsidiary of DC Thomson Limited, the Dundee based publisher, announced the purchase of Puzzler Media Group Limited from ABN/amro Capital Limited and Puzzler Media's management team. Management have remained with the business and reinvested a proportion of their sale proceeds.
